Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of residential and commercial pools.
- Inspect and repair pool equipment including pumps, heaters, filters, and lighting systems.
- Diagnose and resolve issues such as leaks, electrical malfunctions, and water chemistry imbalances.
- Provide customer service by advising clients on pool care and maintenance tips.
- Install and maintain pool covers, heaters, and other accessories.
- Perform pool inspections, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.
- Maintain accurate service records and report on completed tasks.
- Troubleshoot and address issues related to pool surfaces, tiles, and plumbing.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a swimming pool technician or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of pool equipment, chemicals, and maintenance procedures.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Customer-focused with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in outdoor conditions.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Certification (e.g., CPO – Certified Pool Operator) is a plus, but not required.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
