Just like a car needs its maintenance, your home swimming pool needs its attention and maintenance too. First Look Service has the quality time and the knowledge to service your pool.

Some home swimming pool owners would like to take care of their backyard pool more often than others and some just do not have spare time even to empty the skimmers of their pool. First Look Service has the right service packages for all your needs. Our Bi-weekly pool service is for those owners that would like to be involved in their swimming pool maintenance and enjoy doing it.

Full Package Price - $2,300.00

BI-WEEKLY PACKAGE DEAL INCLUDES*:

1 Pool Opening

8 Bi-Weekly Visits - ($165/visit**)

1 Pool Closing

  Payment is possible in four equal installments or can be paid in full.

· Additional visits if needed (apart from 8 bi-weekly pool service visits package) - $165/visit

· Approximate pool visit time up to 1h - additional time will be charged by the hourly rate after client approval.

BI-WEEKLY PACKAGE DEAL INCLUDES:

 1 POOL OPENING SERVICE:

· Swimming pool (and spa if any) safety cover removal, fold and store in a desired location by the customer

· Deinstall gizmos and winterizing plugs from all skimmers, return lines and main drain lines

· Assemble pool equipment, pool pump motor, filters, heaters, booster pumps

· Prime and start filtration system

· Visual survey for mechanical issues during the pool opening

· Monitor for recommended flow rate in water circulation system

· Add water chemicals to balance the water within the accepted levels (chemicals included in the price***) - please note our technicians are licensed swimming pool operators and have better knowledge on stabilizing water chemicals during the pool opening process

· Install equipment such as skimmers, main drain covers, return eye balls or plates, ladders, hand rails, diving boards (if applicable)

· Initial pool cleaning up to 30 minutes, vacuum pool bottom and brush pool walls (additional cleaning will be charged by the hourly rate after clients approval)

8 BI-WEEKLY MAINTENANCE VISITS:

· Clean and empty skimmer baskets

· Clean and empty cleaner bag (if any)

· Bottom vacuum

· Brush walls

· Surface skim

· Checking Chlorine and pH levels (adjust if needed)

· Check and balance Alkalinity and Calcium hardness levels***

· Clean hair/lint strainer basket

· Backwash filters (wash cartridges) as needed

· Light debris removal from the pool deck

· Inspect the equipment and notify the client if repairs or further maintenance are needed

1 POOL CLOSING SERVICE

· Vacuum pool bottom, skim surface before shutting down the system (up to 30 min)

· Shut down pool filtration system, turn off all breakers

· Add all water balancing chemicals needed for the winterizing procedures/pool closing (included in the price)

· Lower pool water level (12" - 16" for concrete pools and just below the skimmer throat for vinyl liner pools)

· Air blow lines and plug inlet fittings

· Install skimmer plugs or gizmos

· Install winter preventing chemicals (algaecide, antifreeze included in price)

· Remove wall fittings, skimmers baskets and pool cleaners (clean and store at client’s preferred location)

· Drain all filtering, heating, pumping, chlorinating equipment

· Clean your DE or Cartridge filters

·  Deinstall and store ladders and handrails at a desired location by the customer.

· Install client's winter pool cover

FAQ:

• Is the bi-weekly pool service package available in the mid-season? – Yes, the bi-weekly service package is available at any time during the season and could be extended upon customer's request.
• Can I pay for 6 bi-weekly pool visits? – In order to receive the promotional price, you must request a minimum of 8 bi-weekly cleaning visits.
• What to do if my bi-weekly pool service package is over but I still want to keep my pool open? – After your package is over you can contact the office and request additional visits, we would still keep the same rate per visit as it was with your bi-weekly package ($165/visit).
• What chemicals are included in the bi-weekly pool service package? – Sanitizing and water balancing chemicals. No algaecide, phosphate removers or other chemicals are included.

PLEASE NOTE:

Before our technician's arrival water must be up to normal operational level! (half way the skimmer throat)

*Prices may vary depending on the pool volume.

** You must request a minimum of 8 bi-weekly visits to qualify for that price.

*** Water balancing chemicals like Chlorine, pH raiser and reducer, Alkalinity raiser and reducer, Calcium Chloride and Stabilizer are included in the package price. Any additional specialty chemicals like Stain and Scale control, Phosphates remover and Filter Aid (Clear Blue) will be billed separately as needed.
